Our Annual Meeting is every year on the 3rd Tuesday of November. This year it is on Tuesday, November 17th at 7 PM. We usually meet at the Coffee Creek Church, but this year we are not able to meet in person because of the COVID virus. After visiting with Neighborhood Services, we have decided to have a Zoom Meeting like several other Neighborhoods have decided to do. Our Meeting Notice letter was mailed out of a Dallas office last week. For some reason we have not received it so we have decided to post it on our Facebook page, website, and the Nextdoor app. Hopefully it will arrive soon.
